What is curbside airport Pick-up ?

Curbside pick up is our basic airport pickup. You will receive a text message from your driver. Then you can contact the driver and let him know when you’re coming out of the terminal, so you can meet the driver at the curb. If you don’t receive a text from the driver you can contact us anytime.

What is Meet and Greet Service ?

If you have requested meet & greet service, your driver will meet you inside the terminal with a sign displaying your name and will help with your luggage.

Do you Track flights ? What if my flight gets delayed or canceled ?

Yes, we do track your flight and update. If your flight gets delayed by few hours, we will assign a new driver. If the flight is canceled we will do our best to accommodate the change or offer a full refund.

What is your Cancellation policy ?

For any service we require at least 4 hour notice. If you cancel in less than 4 hours we will charge the full amount. If the passenger fails to show up on the designated pickup location, driver will wait 30 minutes. If you still didn’t show up without any notice full amount of the fare will be charged.

Do you provide car seats ?

Yes, if you need a car seat you must request it on the time of booking. We will try our best to accommodate last minute car seat requests.

Are pets allowed in your vehicles ?

Yes, you can bring your pet carrier if you have one. we must be notified when making the booking.

How can I pay for my ride ?

When you make a reservation online or by phone we will ask for credit card and billing information then your credit card will be charged for the amount of your car service.

What is the lost and found policy ?

Our drivers will check vehicle after dropping off the client if anything is left. You can always check with us if you lost anything, if we found your item we can arrange it to be deliver it to you. If any case we have to mail it, you must provide delivery fee.
